Terms of Use

These are the rules for playing ExecutiveFC, which is run by Wzrdoz (wzrdoz.dev). By playing, or by creating an account, you agree to them. Questions go to support@executivefc.com.

The game

ExecutiveFC is free to play and offered as it is. We keep improving it, which means things can change, and we may pause or end the game.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account, and don't pretend to be someone else.

Play fair

• No cheating, bots, or exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, please report it.
• Don't harass other managers.
• No offensive manager or club names, and no names that impersonate someone.
• Don't use more than one account to manipulate a shared league, for example to pass players between your own clubs.

Shared leagues

The person who runs a shared league (its commissioner) can manage it: invite people, use God Mode, and reset it. If you're sacked, or you delete your account, your club is handed to the computer and the league carries on without you.

What we can do

We may remove accounts, leagues or names that break these rules.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep your saves safe, but we can't promise they'll never be lost or that the game will always be available. To the extent the law allows, ExecutiveFC is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.

Changes

When these terms change we update the date at the top, and we mention significant changes in What's New in the game.
